Awesome show!

In my mind the key to Lifestyle Design is passive income. Setup a system that makes money without your involvement after the initial phase and then go live the life you’ve designed!

Any real world info you give (such as the vending machines) is like mana from heaven! I know you don’t want to create competition in your specific market… but I am really enjoying it! (for the record I’m not in the Columbus, OH area).

As your show was going (I have to watch it in fits and starts as it streams) I wrote the question that I wanted to know more about your real estate deals as I was sure that was your primary source of income… and bam you set it up in this episode for the next one! I’m betting you really knock it out of the park!

Love it! You guys rock and are a true inspiration to me. I am into bulk candy vending but will check out the knock out vends after seeing this. Would love to hear some tips and specifics on finding financing for real estate.
Thanks

Luke,
How is the bulk candy business doing? Where are your machines placed?

Currently I have them placed in Tuscaloosa, Alabama (roll tide!) and hope to spread into birmingham. I really will probably put that on hold and check out the knockout vends. Are your machines still doing well?

Hey Ren Men. Love the show! Do you mind telling me where you guys get your Boxer Punch Machines from? Don’t worry. I’m many miles away from Columbus. In fact I’m in a totally different country.

Awesome post! Got any tips for someone wanting to get started in residential real estate (buy to rent) in Columbus? No, not Columbus, OH. I’m in Columbus, IN, LOL

Buy low…you ‘make’ money when you buy the property not when you sell it/rehab it…thanks for watching Rita…

Great stuff guys. I also found you through your 4HWW submission.
Quick feedback:
- would love to see you on iTunes, that way I could automatically download your video podcast and take it with me rather than being tethered to my laptop.
- You said you bought 70-ish rental properties in 2 yrs? Can you give some details? How much capital did you start with?
Thanks and look forward to future posts.
Bill
