Funny you have Pat Flynn and disc golf in the same episode. Pat is actually part of my “disc golf internet marketing mastermind “group. Seriously….we usually have one big question for the group to solve, and then we try to come up with silutions while playing disc golf.

That is funny, when we got Pat on before we started taping, we told him we had just gotten back from disc golfing. He response was ‘yeah, I love disc golf, we have a mastermind group that goes and plays, and I kick Rob’s ass every time we play.’ That last part might be fabricated…maybe…The Ren Men would love to sling some frisbees next time we are in San Diego…as long you guys are up for it…

to get a boost so he can get his disk out of a tree! =)

Dear Ren Men,
I’m a Law School student, working about eighty hours a week, and trying to implement Tim Ferriss’s book while barely sustaining my sanity. The problem is, I cannot seem to find a talent that I can turn into a profitable venture. I know Tim gave a series of suggestions, but they have not yet worked for me. Could you give me some advice? The desire to jump on a motorcycle (I don’t have a licences) and drive across the county at 120mi/hr is slowly becoming overwhelming.

Excellent show! Many years ago I read Rich Dad/Poor Dad and Tim’s book. I had two properties one I rehabbed myself and the other was built in Florida. Since then I’ve had some tough life problems crop up and find myself working two jobs and missing out on LIFE. I recently picked up the revised 4HWW and then found your site and love it. I plan on watching all the episodes and I am working on figuring out what my MUSE will be.
What I’d like to know is have you considered franchising? I live in Hawaii and the market is more expensive here but I know it’s still possible to buy rentals here. Besides you need to take a “mini vacation” here and then you can establish The Ren Men Outpost in the Pacific and can write off all your trips as a business expense for a bonus!
