I know this always counts on the person being interviewed, but may want to see if they could record their video/audio on their end and have them send that to you as well. That way when your boys are putting together the final mix they will have a cleaner/higher quality copy then the jerky Skype one you are saving locally. Again this is 100% dependent on the person being interviewed and their abilities to get this going on their end. As well will have to wait till they upload the file to you (which could be sizable.)
