In this Episode Grant interviews “The Cool Kids” of SxSw 2010.
This episode (the second in a three part series) is a slight deviation from a traditional episode of The Ren Men Show. Notably absent is Alan, as his wife is expecting their second daughter any day, so Grant had to travel alone down to sunny Austin, Texas to attend this year’s SxSw. The purpose of the visit was to network and explore improved techniques for promoting The Ren Men Show.
This episode is a collection of interviews Grant performed while attending SxSw. Interviewees include Annie Sorensen of www.anniesorensen.com, Michael O’Neal of www.inmikeswords.com, Kade Dworkin of www.kadedworkin.com and Nick Reese of www.nicholasreese.com.

First of all, I think the 5+ crazy days/nights in Austin must have given me the shakes or the jitters or something. HELLO CRAZY-HANDS.
Second, I love what Mike mentioned regarding focus of Twitter followers – this can apply to anything in our businesses. It’s YOUR time, so no matter where you are networking (online or offline, Twitter or Facebook, etc), make sure that you cater it to be the most resource-effective for YOUR business. Don’t let others tell you what you should and shouldn’t be doing and definitely don’t let them waste your time.
Finally, cannot agree more with Kade’s mention about livestreaming (think you mentioned this in an earlier episode, too). Who is doing this wonderfully already that we can all emulate (besides GaryVee)? Hmm…
