Hello Boys –
Jump rope obstacle course? Not my favorite event, but it counts just the same. The unofficial Renlympic scoreboard says:
Grant — 3
Alan — 2
Two more events to go. It’s going down to the wire.
Your buddy (and mine) Adam Baker has a very good post up today talking about Chris Guillebeau’s new book The Art of Non-Conformity. Baker say that Tim Ferriss’ book The 4-Hour Workweek changed the way he thought about what is possible in life and Chris’ book is teaching him how to take advantage of his changed mindset. Sounds like good stuff. If I was smarter, I’d link to Baker’s blog post and Chris’ book, but as it turns out, I’m not a smart man.
How did Shawn’s bid turn out? Inquiring minds want to know.
Lou,
Shawn’s bid didn’t turn out…it was $37,565. Which is around $15,000 over our current bid! Back to the drawing board.
Hey guys,
Thanks actually walking us through most of your contractor hiring process. I’ve never seen a company open their doors to allow everyone into the process like that.
Awesome!
Sunny,
Thanks, transparency is a must here at the Ren Men office.
Good episode. The race was intense. I was pulling for Alan’s comeback but good job Grant.
