We plan on bringing the Ren-Menions along with us on this ‘flipping’ ride. Here is our first possible home (we have another 14 in the can, but this is ranked #1 on our list). Our first step is to ‘look’ at the house. This lovely home is located in Cincinnati. It is a 3 bedroom tri-level (which we tend to stay away from for our rentals), 1.5 bath, located in a great neighborhood. We will be getting the renovation costs from our contractor shortly.
This is all the information you guys get for now…What would the Ren-Menions be willing to pay for this home?

Ren-Menions, here are some more clues. The renovations numbers came back from our contractor at $25,000. His remarks were ’small house, but a great neighborhood.’

Assuming it’s in a nice suburb like Mason, I would expect to pay between $80k and $110k…Maybe a bit more after the flippin’ makeover.

It is in a nicer suburb than Mason! Yeah, scary we know. That is a great guess.
The only area of Cincy nicer than Mason is Over The Rhine, but that’s not really a suburb. Hmmmm?

Indian Hill…Is that because the house was built on Indian burial ground? No wonder you’re getting a deal on it! Seems fitting with the Halloween Theme – Good luck with the séance to remove the spirits.
