This is our 101st post! We missed celebrating the 100th post, so here we go.
“The measurement is taken in a swimsuit, preferably 2-piece for women, speedo type for men. (Don’t worry, we have them available if you don’t have one!)” – (Quote from the location for our bod pod testing) —W…T…F?
We have scheduled our bod pod testing on Wednesday, look for the results in the next episode they should be priceless (TV-MA, we are sure if we have to squeeze our fat asses into one pair of speedos).
On the Ren Auto Group front, (yes we still own it), Craig, our car salesman, sold four cars last week, during a blizzard!
We will be getting very serious in the upcoming weeks in dealing with our information product.
Last be not least, we can’t thank everyone enough for coming out and supporting us at the Ohio meet-up with Adam Baker and Annie Sorensen. We really had a blast and we will try to have another meet-up, in the very near future.

Love it! I need to get bod podded but I don’t own a speedo and don’t think I want to borrow theirs.
This week I am starting a daily vlog where I vlog my daily diet and exercise to help me stay accountable. My goal is 15% body fat by year end and to participate in a “Tough Mudder” race. which is like a 10K on steroids.

That’s sounds awesome Micah, we’ll be tuning in.
I might skip the next episode
I 100% agree with Scott!
We want to skip it as well!
Don’t worry Scott, I hear MCE is really good at blurring out stuff. Its going to look like an episode of COPS.
COPS has been on the air for some 20 years! Our blurriness shall live forever!
Just don’t get in the same speedo at the same time. That could potentially get weird.
Really? The Ren Men in speedos isn’t weird enough?!? Wait till you see the episode…
Have fun with this men. Just keep in mind that these tests are a bit dubious. For example, fitness guy Mark Sisson undertook the “gold standard” hydrostatic weighing test and came in at 16% body fat.
A photo of how he looked at the time is posted here.

So I would take the values in the same spirit that you would take business advice from an MBA class textbook–helpful, but not definitive. Enjoy.
