Nicely done Ren Men! It’s great to see that you guys are working together on your health…kinda challenging each other back and forth. The competition/accountability really does help! Grant, I agree with you about working out first thing in the morning. It really does get your day off on the right foot. It puts me in a good state of mind for the rest of the day.
Have you guys ever thought about signing up for some kind of event like a 5k, Triathalon, Pump & Run, Bike race…an event to give you guys a fitness goal to shoot for and also a fun video opportunity?
We have thought about signing up for something ‘fun’ like that…then we realized why the hell would we ever want to do anything like that?!? Ha!
