The Ren Men Show is a weekly webshow that explores lifestyle design with emphasis on passive income, time, freedom, eustress, family, and friends.

The Ren Men Show is hosted by Grant Peelle and Alan Ledford, “The Ren Men,” two regular guys who love life and want to share their triumphs and tribulations with the Ren Menions (fans of The Ren Men Show.)  Grant and Alan are fun-loving guys who are passionate about real estate and passive income.

In the fall of 2006, Grant and Alan were communicating often about how much more they wanted from life and their careers.  Grant was working as a Realtor, auctioneer, and communications coordinator in Ohio, while Alan was in Pennsylvania working as an assistant athletic director at a community college.  They spent six months voraciously reading entreprenurial books, (a habit which they continue today,) as well as becoming tremendous students of the southwestern Ohio real estate markets.  They often exchanged the thought, “if the idiots on TV can do this… so can we.” In the summer of 2007, Alan and his wife moved back to Ohio and The Ren Men purchased their first piece of real estate. Since then, they have accumulated over 70 single family residential rental units.

The Ren Men run several businesses; a real estate rental company,  a video production and photography company, a vending company, a food service company, and they are always actively entertaining other passive income opportunities.

Grant Peelle, CEO, is the chief visionary of the Ren Men. He earned his B.A. in theatre from Wilmington College of Ohio. Grant lives with his wife Carrie, and their two sons, Elijah and Aiden, in Wilmington, Ohio.

Alan Ledford, COO, is head of operations and housing acquisitions. He received his M.A. in Sport Administration from East Tennessee State University.  He graduated from Wilmington College of Ohio with his B.S. in Sport Management. Alan lives with his wife, Emily and their two daughters, Riley and Reece, in Wilmington, Ohio.
